Events Volunteer: Vintage and Antiques Enthusiasts

We’re looking for volunteers who are friendly and welcoming and have an interest in vintage collectibles or antiques. The Museum runs regular fairs featuring unique, quirky and historic objects from all over South-East England for collectors to browse and buy. You might want to volunteer at one event or a few of them.

The Museum of Power reopened to the public in 2024 after a £1.9 million redevelopment. The Museum runs a busy events programme to animate its building and grounds, provide unique experiences for visitors and generate important funds for the Museum charity.

This is a great opportunity for someone who only has a short amount of time but wants to do something enjoyable and make other people smile. Maybe you would like to volunteer for half a day or a whole day. We’re looking for volunteers who enjoy working with the public and are able to welcome visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
