The Crafty Cabin

Crafty Cabin Information

The Crafty Cabin (a part of Let’s Get Crafty!) is based in the pavilion on the events field and is open for workshops, parties, walk-in sessions and on event days.  There is a huge selection of crafts available as well as craft packs, face glitter and slime making.  There is also a small cafĂ© providing barista coffees as well as tea, hot chocolate cold drinks plus cakes, biscuits and other snacks.  There is indoor and outdoor seating available providing plenty of opportunity to relax and enjoy the surroundings, enjoy a coffee and craft away!

Lorna Reynolds is the owner of the Crafty Cabin and has been running the business now for two years and has also worked with the museum as Let’s Get Crafty! since 2019 to bring themed workshops to the museum in the school holidays as well as other events and workshops.

Please note that admission to the museum is not required to visit the Crafty Cabin.  Access to the cabin is a short walk across the field from the visitors car park.
